2002 Silver C finally met its end when the frame rusted out beyond repair so this E-335 is its replacement. Grill went together relatively easily and cooks well. Still learning the hot and cool spots but so far so good. Registering the product was not convenient at all. Serial number kept coming up as invalid. Even when I called customer service, the representative couldn't pull it up and had to force it manually.

I bought this for Christmas three years ago. I have gone from "hockey puck" burgers to juicy and flavorful.
