Our grill was not heating beyond 400°. We tried cleaning and changing tanks. After trying a few things with cust. support, they identified the gas regulator was problematic. They were prompt and thorough. The process was easy, sending photos via email and total process didn't take long.

Best grill i have ever owned. The grill is perfect for creating delicious bbq, and steaks.
