Bought from a local Weber dealer unassembled and upon getting it home found hidden damage. Dealer (DiMiao's food, fun, fire) replaced two bent panels within the week. This grill replaced an 18 year old Weber Genesis Silver C that was given to a friend and still working. I wanted a larger and four burner grill. Also bought the rotisserie attachment and made fabulous chicken. All meats are done to perfection and the ability to control different temperatures across the grill surface allows for veggies and other foods to be completed the same time as the meat.

This is my sixth Weber grill. Seem to always leave them behind when I sell a house (feature for buyers).

I've been a loyal Weber consumer for decades. Love the products & outstanding customer service! MANY improvements with this grill over my Genesis 300. Only suggestion would be to have the option of 4 caster wheels for easier maneuvering. Love the handle that doesn't get hot & the easy cleaning drip pans. It's a beautiful appliance that I use year round!
