I bought the grill a month ago. I didn't realize it at first but one of the burners was not lighting right away. I put it in my review and the people at Weber reached out to me and told me what to do. A simple igniter adjustment. It took me 2 minutes and now the burner lights right up. Thank you Weber for responding so fast. It's a great grill.
