Evenly temperature when grillen

I bought this grill in June, really enjoying grilling this summer.the only question I have about this bbq is in the picture it show a side panel on the right side that hides the regulator . I didn't have it. On my grill it makes the grill unfinished .My brother bought a Webber440 series in June too his BQE came with it. I have been told it doesn't come with it, but the picture you show has it.we both have natural gas Can you tell me why

beautiful piece of gear

This is a Master grill both in size and design. Versatile in that you can have numerous temps across the grill with six burner adjustments. Warming racks are great also for that Rare steak that you still want to keep warm while others are cooking. Grill rack is also a plus. No chipping or degrading like those iron grills or cheaper quality and they pop right out for the dishwasher if you want. Highly recommend this product

More than enough space

I purchased the 6 burner model because I do a lot of indirect cooking and this serves the purpose wonderfully. A 4 burner may have been enough for just me and my wife, but when I have my kids and their kids over, I need the space. I'm amazed at how hot this grill gets. In the burn off, pre cook stage, I have all 6 burners on an it gets over 700 degrees. It cleans the grates in mere minutes. It takes longer to throttle the heat down to 225-250 than it does to clean the grill. I chose the natural gas model because I hate to run out of gas. If I'm doing a brisket, it takes 12-14 hours and I would have to change LP tanks at some point but not now with NG. I grill 2-3 times a week, even in winter and look forward to using my Weber Genesis II LX E-640 NG grill every time.
