The machine broke down after a few months. We were under warranty, but Whirlpool could not get the parts. Service is horrible and very unresponsive. We even wrote a letter to the CEO, who does not care. The executive management team has no power to handle the situation and would not offer any solution. The support numbers provided here are worthless. The technicians sent out had never seen this machine before.
