This is the first major appliance that I bought. I have the pedestal which makes it easy to use. Been very pleased with the quality and the design. Only problem is that small size socks get trapped between the drum and the door seal I have learned to check them after the cycle is done. I have replaced the door hinge and the water valve. I like the idea of having a sanitizing cycle. When this finally becomes non repairable I will get another one.

I have had the drain pump replaced 2 times. Each time it has taken the tech 2 weeks to repair it. Would not buy again
