Easy to clean

Cleaning the inside and the shelves is super easy. I could not be happier.

So far, fantastic!

6 years have breezed by since buying this sleek, stylish & VERY functional oven / range. Initially it was the perfect color fir for my counter-tops, but looking around my kitchen & laundry room I noticed a pattern in my Whirlpool appliances, In that: THEY stuck around and I was replacing OTHER brands!! That sealed the purchase! The trend towards flat-top ranges was more than just aesthetic, it is cleaner, EASIER to clean, and increases your overall counter top space, as you can use the entire surface of this type of oven for food-prep before the cooking begins, short of heavy chopping or using the meat cleaver!). I REALLY like the fact that it has a smart-baking feature that minimally uses both top & bottom burners when baking, to afford a more efficient warm-up and more complete cooking. The underneath storage is spacious and I use it regularly. Though my ex has warped many pots/pans on this range-top due to inattention & poor situation awareness (and literally MELTED a stock pot and a tea-pot in the same day WITH her sister confined to the Kitchen! LOL), it was NO FAULT of the oven, rather complete human error. I'm looking forward to replacing my "Calphon" fry-pans soon, it'll be nice to fry eggs FLAT again. You can use the ceramic cleaner on the top, or a scrub-pad, or even a razor blade to scrape tough-spots, just be sure to NOT LET the razor skip or "chatter" on the surface. way to go AGAIN, Whirlpool!

A good stove for the most part.

I have owned this stove for several years. It has worked well up until recently. One of the burners seems to be having problems. I might have it set to low or medium and it will turn up to high heat all by itself. Some sort of malfunction causing the temperature setting to default to high. If we turn the temp knob to off and then back on, it works correctly again. It seems random. But we end up burning food periodically.
