It saddens me to see the few reviews here that are negative and are clueless that not all things work right, this is a counter top model and it's design is not one where it is built to be enclosed.
That being said I am very happy with this unit, love the space and the control of cooking or re-heating items going on two years, money well spent.

Love this microwave - it gets the job done and doesn't break the bank - it can go with any other appliances too due to being unbranded
