It has taken me a bit of time to get use to this new cook top. I have been living with a 1960's Tapan cook top for 30+ years. Wasn't use to the electric ignition system, but now that I have adapted I love it. So neat and clean, so much easier to clean since everything is closed. Love the stainless steel.

After nearly 2 months of use, there is one issue that I cannot solve: the largest of the 4 burners is difficult to ignite, and, when first igniting, the large burner produces initially a huge flame that scares my wife. This never happens with the other three smaller burners. How can I reduce the ignition flame size on the large burner??
