The features are terrific, cleaning is awesome, easy to use and clean.

5 years and counting! I use my dishwasher almost every day a d it leaves my dishes flawless. I never had a problem.

Let me start off with my only complaint: I have been pulling out my hair for the last 3 months trying to figure out why my washer started, ejected the soap, then just sat for the entire cycle and didn't clean my dishes. My problem was the small plastic locking tab inside the door. It was stuck in the down position and I guess the washer wasn't understanding that the door was closed. My fix? Using a small pair of scissors to press to the side on the stuck tab which makes it pop up and latch properly again. I lost a lot of sleep and wasted a lot of soap trying to figure this out, but now the washer works perfectly again. Otherwise, this washer is outstanding. Super quiet. Cleans dishes VERY well. And I am talking messes that are baked on, burned on, sat for 3 days on the stove kind of messes. I don't even use the Power Jets and it still cleans everything perfectly every time. My recommendations: use the absolute highest level max ultra titanium level detergent and definitely use rinse aid. I use mine set at level 3 or 3.5 and my dishes are dry when they emerge. I always just use the "Normal" setting. THIS APPLIANCE IS MY BEST FRIEND!
