I recently moved to a new home that has all new Whirpool appliances installed. I had a flat glass top range previously. I prefer the new gas range over the glass top. It heats up quickly, is easy to adjust the temperature & is easier to keep sparkling clean.

My wife and I have always wanted a gas stove. We finally changed over from electric to this one and couldn't be happier with it. Things heat up much faster on it verses the electric one we had. And the oven cooks everything far better than ever. Very easy to use. The gas bill didn't even change like we thought it would and we use it often! The only thing I could ask Whirlpool to improve on is the bottom storage compartment be a little bigger and the door to be somewhat heavier. Other than that, gas ranges rock!

I do a great deal of baking from early November to mid January and love the large oven. Being able to place the racks to accommodate many dishes or baking pans at one time is a big help. Also we have a large number of family and guests at Thanksgiving. It is great to have my reliable cook stove.
