I was happy to find a whirlpool microwave because all my appliances were whirlpool and I never had any issues with them,however when i moved to NY and purchased this m.w.I was happy only for it to only last about 4 month and then had to wait almost 2 months for a replacement. If it's not in the store I will never by one on line again.(was ordered by Home Depot).
