I have had this microwave a little over a month and so far I really like it! I like that the handle is on the side so you don't have to worry about any handle issues and just the over all design is really nice and pleasing to the eye. My mom has same microwave for close to a year now and she really likes it too and hasn't had any issues with it so that sold me on this one.
