After almost five years, my refrigerator stopped cooling the freezer or refrigerator. However, the insulation was so good that adding 20 pounds of ice kept the freezer contents frozen. As you know, repairmen in this time of COVID are impossible to get, but this fantastic refrigerator decided to fix itself and now is still working well after a month. The repairman thinks it is not worth looking at, and I consider self-repair a feature that no refrigerator I have ever owned has had. By the way, it would take months, my dealer said, to replace the refrigerator so the self-repair feature was invaluable.

I bought this a couple of months ago and I'm loving it. Its quiet, the freezer freezes solid and the refrigerator is nice and cold. The best part is, I get to have a side by side with no ice dispenser. Thank you for making a side by side for those of us who don't use ice or cold water.
