I really love the large meat tray - my favorite feature; the water filtration for the ice maker is also nice, as well as the slide in portion of the bottom shelf that allows for some storage of larger items (however it does limit available shelf space since the top shelf is not convenient for many items). The different storage cubbies are versatile - you just have to figure out what works for you. The price point of this model was excellent, and overall I am happy with my purchase.I find there is a LOT of bending over and stooping to get to items; for my use, there is not enough space for tall items; I don't prefer storing milk in the door gallon compartment - just doesn't seem cold enough.I think if the meat tray was at the bottom above the crispers, the upper shelves could be more adjustable to accomodate different storage preferences, but I'm learning how to work with the conifguration. It has been hard keeping the stainless from being streaked, and I have tried ALL available products; windex works best for me, but still not to my liking.Even with the cons, I like the product; it is super quiet, looks good, fit my space perfectly, and is a great product for the money I spent, with some of the features normally found in much more expensive products. Also, I love the quality of Whirlpool products, having my last Whirlpool for about 25 years!!
