The washer dryer pair are excellent, quickly & thoroughly washing & drying our clothes & other household items. We use lots of towels & wash the blankets that cover our furniture often (dogs & cats in the house!), the large capacity & speed of the entire process are lifesavers. I couldn't be happier.

No agitator leads to all loads being unbalanced. No longer a high efficiency design.
