Only had for a couple years very disappointing as the bearings do sound like a freight train and it sounds like it's expensive to repair after reading all these reviews very disappointed we've had a whirlpool for the past 30 years I can't believe this product that whirlpool made this product

Machine worked great for about 6 years than the helicopter sound began...talk to repair man, he said run it until it runs no more...well after about a year it quit with water leaking out the bottom. When pulled up there was around pool of oil, that had been there a while (didnt realize). Going to buy a washer this weekend. Great while it lasted.
