A lot different from my old machine. I am used to the old agitator type and this one puzzles me. I wish it did not have a glass top as I spend too much time watching it. However, I a pleased with the machine and its performance. Has a lot of options and I really like that. We have owned Whirlpool products for a long time and always pleased.

My wife and I bought this washer about 2 weeks ago not knowing what to expect out of an agitatorless washer. Makes some pretty weird noises but does an excellent job cleaning our clothes. We had fun watching and listening to it do its thing.
