I really like the beverage refrigerator, it has lots of room but I really wish the bottom wine drawer would pull out.

We love the look and it seems to be working okay, but the read-out of the temperatures goes all over the place! We had a service guy come out, he said it was the "motherboard", had to order it, then no motherboards are available, so they replace the whole thing. The second one still does the same thing. Service guy came to look at it last week and he adjusted a few things - said it hadn't been installed quite right and to leave it for 48 hours. We have, and it's still all over the place as far as the temp readouts. It seems to be working fine, though, so I guess it's okay. It's just confusing when one minute it says its "28° on top and 40° down below", then you look again after a while - NOT having touched the controls!!! - and it's "40° on top and 52° below". I'm going to call again to have them look at it one more time.

I read the first review the day I received it and wasn't looking forward to my experience. Upon plugging unit in, I let the temperature settle before loading and paying any mind to the digital readouts. After 24 hours, the right display (top section) had a 22 degree swing and the left display had about a 4 degree swing. I called Whirlpool and a tech came out. I was first advised to move away from the HVAC vent directly under the unit as it would give thermocouple false readings during the winter with the heat on. Tech ordered a new thermocouple and digital readout module. When he came back to install the parts, the AC was on and we thought maybe the AC was giving the thermocouple a false cold reading and allowing the internal temperature to rise so high. I moved the unit and same type of results but not as drastic. I then took it upon myself to sanity check the readouts with a mechanical dial thermometer inside the unit. Here is what I've observed over the last 24 hours; 34 on dial, 44 on readout; 35, 48; 30, 40; 33, 33; 38, 51. I've sent a pic to the tech and awaiting feedback. So as the title states, unit works well, need to ignore the digital readouts or have them replaced.
