The hood looks great above our island range! Very nice looking, love the lights and works great to pull out cooking odors. I don't know if it is louder than other hoods.

We bought our hood over 4 years ago so when our lights went out all of a sudden, I knew we were waaay out of warranty. I emailed ZLine to ask if I needed to order the lights from them or if I could get them anywhere. I was very pleasantly surprised when they called me to say they were mailing us a complete set of new lights (we ended up only needing one so three spares) plus a transformer (just in case) totally free of charge. I explained we were out of warranty and they didn't care. Wow! I would recommend this company to absolutely anyone!
