I received my hood and discovered a dent. I contacted zline and they responded immediately to let me know they would replace it with absolutely zero hassle. I talked with Katherine Simmons a representative for Zline on the phone and she was as helpful as she could possibly be. I would put ZLine on top of the TOP as far as customer service. Service like theirs is almost nonexistant in 2023!

The reason we bought this hood was the height was adjustable without showing a seam. It has a very powerful motor and nice LED lighting. It matches well with our Z-Line Range that we added at the same time.
