I purchase a range hood from ZLINE for our home renovation. Unfortunately, it arrived with a dent in one corner, so we had to return it for a replacement. ZLINE made that process very simple, and a new range hood is on the way. I was nervous to buy online, but their customer service has been excellent, and we are very satisfied with our decision. The hood looks great above our island range! Very nice looking, love the lights and works great to pull out cooking odors. I don't know if it is louder than other hoods.
