Bertazzoni Gas Ranges at Plesser's Appliances
Bertazzoni gas ranges, available at Plesser's Appliances, run both cooktop and oven on gas, giving you a single fuel connection and the sealed brass burner performance the brand is known for. Built in Emilia-Romagna since 1882, all-gas ranges are offered across the Professional, Master, Heritage, and Modern series in widths from 24" to 48".
Sealed Brass Burners
Sealed brass burners including dual-ring power burners deliver output at the high end of residential, with a low end controlled enough for real simmering. Sealed construction keeps spills on the cooktop surface rather than letting them drop into a burner box. Confirm burner count and output for your chosen width.
Gas Convection Oven
The oven cavity uses a convection fan for more even results than a static gas oven, with an infrared gas broiler on many models. Gas oven heat carries more moisture than electric, which some cooks prefer for roasting even as it makes precision baking slightly less predictable — worth weighing against dual fuel if baking is your priority.
Single Fuel, Simpler Rough-In
An all-gas range needs a gas line and only a standard circuit for ignition, controls, and lighting rather than 240V service. Where electrical capacity is already tight, that is a real advantage over dual fuel or induction. It also keeps the stovetop working through a power outage.
Griddle Options and Color
Wider models offer a cast iron griddle in combination with burners, fixed at the factory, so the layout is an order-time decision. Gas ranges are offered in stainless and in colors including matte finishes on select series — availability varies by series and width, and colored models often carry longer lead times.
Gas Supply, Ventilation, and Installation Planning
Gas ranges require supply sized to total output, clearance to combustibles, and ventilation matched to that output — undersized hoods are the most common failure in an otherwise well-specified kitchen. Natural gas and LP configurations differ; confirm which your home supplies. Talk to the team at Plesser's Appliances about width, series, fuel supply, and hood sizing.
