Blaze Gas Grills at Plesser's Appliances

Blaze gas grills, available at Plesser's Appliances, are the core of the brand's lineup — commercial-grade stainless construction and high burner output at a price that makes a full outdoor kitchen achievable. Offered in multiple widths and burner counts, in natural gas or LP, as built-in units or on freestanding carts.

Cast Stainless Burners and Output
Blaze uses commercial-grade cast stainless steel burners producing high output per burner, which is what delivers proper searing heat rather than the marginal temperatures cheaper grills reach. Individually controlled burners let you run genuine heat zones across the grate. Confirm burner count and total output for the width you are considering.

Heat Zone Separators and Grates
Heat zone separators on many models physically divide the cooking area so adjacent zones can run at genuinely different temperatures — sear on one side, hold on the other. Heavy stainless cooking grates retain heat and produce real sear marks, with flame tamers distributing heat and vaporizing drippings. Confirm which your model includes.

Rotisserie and Accessories
Rotisserie kits with a rear infrared burner are available on many models, handling everything from chicken to a full roast by radiant heat. Confirm whether the motor, spit, and rear burner are included or sold separately — this varies and affects what else you need on the order.

Built-In or Freestanding Cart
The same grill can be built into an island or masonry surround, or mounted on a freestanding cart if a permanent installation is not in the plans. Carts typically accept an optional side burner. Cart availability does not extend across every width — confirm before ordering, since it affects the whole outdoor layout.

Fuel, Clearance, and Installation Planning
Installation requires gas supply sized to output in natural gas or LP, clearance to combustibles, a GFCI-protected circuit for ignition and lighting, and for built-in units a cutout planned before masonry or framing is finished. Installation under cover requires ventilation. Talk to the team at Plesser's Appliances about width, fuel type, cutout dimensions, and rough-in before construction begins.
