GE Dryers at Plesser's Appliances
GE dryers, available at Plesser's Appliances, are offered in electric, gas, and ventless heat-pump configurations across the GE and GE Profile lines, in front-load and top-load matched pairs and stackable formats.
Sensor Dry
Sensor Dry tracks moisture in the load and stops the cycle when it is actually dry rather than running a timer to the end. Over-drying is what wears fabric out, shrinking cotton and breaking down elastic, so this does more for the life of your clothes than any other feature.
Steam and Sanitize Cycles
Steam Refresh on select models removes wrinkles and odors without a full wash, and Sanitize cycles run at elevated temperature for bedding and towels. Wrinkle Care keeps a finished load tumbling so creases do not set. Confirm which cycles your model includes.
Electric, Gas, or Ventless
Electric dryers need 240V service and a vent. Gas dryers need a gas connection, a standard circuit, and a vent, and generally cost less per load to run. Ventless heat-pump dryers on select GE Profile models need no vent at all, which changes where laundry can go in a house.
Capacity and Connectivity
Large-capacity drums handle bulky items including comforters, and WiFi connectivity on select models sends end-of-cycle alerts and enables remote control. Confirm capacity and connectivity for your model.
Venting, Utilities, and Installation Planning
A long, crushed, or lint-clogged vent run is the most common cause of poor drying in a vented dryer — keep it short and straight. Talk to the team at Plesser's Appliances about fuel type, venting, capacity, and stacking options before ordering.
