Wolf Single Wall Ovens at Plesser's Appliances
Wolf single wall ovens, available at Plesser's Appliances, install at working height in a cabinetry run — as a standalone oven or as one element of a stack with a Wolf steam oven, speed oven, microwave, or warming drawer. Built by Sub-Zero Group in Wisconsin, each carries Wolf's patented Dual VertiFlow™ convection system.
Dual VertiFlow™ Convection
Wolf's patented Dual VertiFlow™ system uses two fans working with vertical heating elements to circulate heat evenly through the cavity, producing uniform browning across multiple racks instead of a hot back corner. This is the clearest point of differentiation in the Wolf oven lineup, and it is what makes multi-rack baking work as advertised. Confirm the configuration for the series you are specifying.
Working Height Instead of Floor Level
A wall oven puts the cavity at chest height, so a loaded roasting pan comes out without bending over a hot door at knee level. It also frees the cooktop to go into an island or a countertop run independently. For anyone with back or mobility considerations, this is a functional decision more than an aesthetic one.
Cooking Modes and Temperature Probe
Preset cooking modes set temperature and fan behavior for specific tasks rather than requiring you to translate a recipe into oven settings, and an integrated temperature probe cooks to internal temperature instead of elapsed time. Available modes and probe availability vary by model and series — verify on the current spec sheet.
Building a Stack
A single oven can be combined in a column with a Wolf convection steam oven, speed oven, microwave, coffee system, or warming drawer. Available combinations depend on widths and series, and the openings have to be dimensioned together as one elevation. Settle the full stack configuration before cabinetry is designed — this is not something to revise later.
Styling, Opening, and Electrical Planning
Wolf offers M Series and E Series ovens in Professional, Transitional, and Contemporary treatments; coordinate handle and control styling across every unit in the run. Installation requires a precisely sized framed opening, structural support, and 240V service. Talk to the team at Plesser's Appliances about width, series, stack configuration, and electrical requirements before cabinetry is built.
