XO Specialty Outdoor Kitchen at Plesser's Appliances

XO specialty outdoor kitchen products, available at Plesser's Appliances, are the pieces that complete a build beyond the grill — side burners, sinks, storage, ventilation, and the accessories that make an outdoor kitchen function like a real one.

What Turns a Grill Into a Kitchen
A grill alone still sends you back inside for sides, water, ice, and staging. Specialty components close those gaps: a burner for sauces, a sink for rinsing, ventilation for a covered cook space, and the storage and access panels that make the whole run usable. This is the category that determines whether the kitchen actually replaces trips indoors.

Burners and Power Burners
Built-in burner modules add open flame beside the grill for pots and pans, and high-output power burners handle stockpots, seafood boils, and wok cooking that a standard burner cannot. Module widths are narrow by design so they slot into a run. Confirm dimensions against your available space before the island is dimensioned.

Sinks and Water
An outdoor sink handles rinsing, ice dumping, and hand washing at the point of use. Installation requires water supply and drainage roughed into the island before masonry is finished, plus a winterization plan for this climate. Retrofitting plumbing into a finished island is impractical, so this decision belongs at design.

Coordinating the Full Elevation
Because specialty components share heights, finishes, and cutout logic with XO grills, refrigeration, and storage, an outdoor kitchen can be laid out as one elevation rather than assembled piece by piece. Confirm which accessories pair with your chosen grill width, since compatibility is not universal across the line.

Utilities, Clearance, and Installation Planning
Specialty components require gas supply, GFCI-protected circuits, water and drainage where applicable, clearance to combustibles, and cutouts planned before construction.
